IT’S TRUE: CALL OF DUTY HAS GONE BACK TO ITS WW2 ROOTS!

It’s official, Call Of Duty is going to their World War 2 roots.

Activision’s flagship franchise Call Of Duty, has been tanking with their previous 2-3 titles. They went deep into outer space, expecting people would like the futuristic approach. But they were SO wrong. In a global live-stream complete with explosions and guns, they released their latest title Call of Duty: WWII. This follows the recent Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, which flopped, and failed to make any impact whatsoever.

The companies approach seems to be their effort to rake in on the success EA has had with Battlefield 1 (which was brilliant). The game is set in Europe around 1944 and 1945. Like all war games, it starts out with soldiers storming Normandy beach on D-Day.

Add to that, loads of slo-mo action, bullets flying everywhere, men being blown to smithereens, and just overall mayhem. While many are claiming this might backfire in Activision’s face again, chances are the single-player campaign might be good. As of now, this seems like the only title in 2017 which is revolving around the World Wars.

Call of Duty: WWII is slated to release on November 3 2017, on PS4 and Xbox One. So you can expect a lot more trailers and action till then!
